Your Cookie Choices

Last updated: July 3, 2026 · Maintained by VENTUREA SURVEY

This page explains what cookies and similar storage technologies VENTUREA SURVEY uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. By continuing to use the platform, you agree to the use of essential cookies described below.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage, and secure tokens to keep the platform working. In this policy, all of these are referred to as "cookies".

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

a. Strictly Necessary Cookies

Required for the platform to function. Without them you cannot sign in, activate a plan, complete surveys, transfer funds, or withdraw earnings.

  • Authentication session (keeps you signed in securely)
  • CSRF and security tokens
  • Load balancing and routing

b. Functional Cookies

Remember your preferences so the platform feels personalised.

  • Preferred language (English / Bangla)
  • Theme (dark mode)
  • Dashboard layout choices and dismissed notices

c. Analytics Cookies

Help us understand how members use the platform so we can improve surveys, wallets, and network features. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual accounts.

d. Fraud Prevention Cookies

Detect suspicious activity such as multi-accounting, PIN abuse, bot registrations, and unauthorised login attempts to protect your BV and SV wallets.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies may be set by trusted service providers we use to run the platform, including:

  • Authentication and database providers (session management).
  • Google Sign-In (only when you choose to sign in with Google).
  • Analytics tooling for aggregated usage statistics.

These providers use cookies according to their own privacy policies.

4. How Long Cookies Stay

  • Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies stay on your device for a defined period (typically up to 12 months) or until you delete them manually.
  • Sign-in tokens are refreshed automatically and removed when you log out.

5. Your Choices

You are in control of cookies on your device:

  • Browser settings: Every major browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Brave) lets you block or delete cookies. Check the "Privacy" or "Site data" section of your browser settings.
  • Private / Incognito mode: Cookies are cleared automatically when you close the private window.
  • Sign out: Signing out clears your authentication cookies immediately.
  • Google Sign-In: You can revoke access anytime from your Google Account settings.

Note: if you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in or use core features like plan activation, surveys, deposits, or withdrawals.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no industry standard for how to respond to it, we currently do not change our behaviour based on this signal. We instead limit tracking to what is described above.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as the platform evolves or as new tools are introduced. Material changes will be announced in your dashboard.
