By creating an account, activating a plan, or using any part of VENTUREA SURVEY ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully — they explain your rights and obligations regarding plans, earnings, wallets, and withdrawals.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- One person is allowed one primary account. Multi-accounting to abuse referral, binary, or survey systems is prohibited.
2. Account & Security
- You are responsible for your password, transaction PIN, and any activity that happens under your account.
- Never share your PIN, OTP, or wallet credentials. We will never ask for them.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that show signs of fraud, hacking, chargebacks, or unauthorised access.
3. Investment Plans
VENTUREA SURVEY offers three plans: $200, $500, and $1000. Each plan:
- Is activated using a valid activation PIN of the matching tier.
- Unlocks weekly surveys released every Monday.
- Remains active for a maximum of 50 weeks from the activation date.
- Expires automatically after 50 weeks — no more surveys will be issued unless a new plan is activated.
Plan activations are final and non-refundable once the PIN is consumed.
4. Activation PINs
- PINs are tier-specific ($200, $500, $1000) and can be generated on any account with sufficient balance.
- Each PIN is single-use; once used it cannot be refunded or transferred.
- Sharing or reselling PINs outside the platform is at your own risk. We are not responsible for PINs bought from unofficial sources.
5. Earnings & Wallets
Your account has two wallets:
- BV Wallet (Business Volume): receives referral income and binary matching income instantly. Withdrawable subject to the platform's withdrawal rules.
- SV Wallet (Survey Volume): receives survey rewards. SV balance is held for 30 days from the credit date before it becomes withdrawable.
Income types include: (a) direct referral income when a direct member activates a plan, (b) binary matching income based on left/right business volume, and (c) weekly survey income for completed surveys during the 50-week period.
6. Referral & Binary Network
- You may invite new members using your referral link. Placement in the binary tree follows the system's automatic left/right logic.
- Fake referrals, self-referrals, bot registrations, and manipulated placement are strictly forbidden and may result in reversal of earnings and account termination.
- We do not guarantee any specific level of referral or binary income — earnings depend entirely on your own activity and your network's activity.
7. Surveys
- Surveys are distributed weekly for up to 50 weeks per active plan.
- You must complete surveys honestly. Random or automated responses may lead to reward reversal.
- Unclaimed weekly surveys may expire at the end of the week and are not carried forward.
- After 50 weeks your plan is marked expired; a new plan must be activated to continue.
8. Deposits
- Deposits are accepted via approved payment methods (e.g. Binance Pay, Bitcoin, USDT-TRC20, BNB-BSC).
- Send funds only to addresses shown inside your dashboard at the time of deposit. Addresses may change — always re-check.
- Every deposit requires a valid transaction ID (TxID) or screenshot for verification.
- We are not responsible for funds sent to wrong networks, wrong addresses, or from unsupported sources.
9. Withdrawals
- Withdrawals require a valid transaction PIN.
- SV wallet balance can be withdrawn only after the 30-day hold has passed.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within the platform's stated processing window and may be subject to review for fraud prevention.
- Network/processing fees, when applicable, are deducted from the withdrawal amount.
- Withdrawals to incorrect wallet addresses cannot be reversed.
10. Internal Transfers
You may transfer eligible balance between wallets or to another member as permitted inside your dashboard. Internal transfers are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed by PIN.
11. Prohibited Activity
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit referral, binary, or PIN systems.
- Using bots, scripts, or automation to complete surveys or register users.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
- Impersonating VENTUREA SURVEY or its team on social media or elsewhere.
- Money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any illegal financial activity.
Violations may result in warning, freezing of wallets, reversal of earnings, or permanent termination without refund.
12. Risk Disclosure
Participation involves financial risk. Earnings depend on your own activity, your network's activity, and platform conditions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only participate with funds you can afford to commit.
13. Account Termination
- You may close your account at any time via Support after withdrawing eligible balance.
- We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, with or without notice.
- Upon termination, unpaid earnings tied to fraudulent activity may be forfeited.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced inside your dashboard. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
