1. Paid & Affiliate Placements

Some offers, banners, links, partner promotions, or third-party services shown on VENTUREA SURVEY may be paid placements or affiliate partnerships. This means we may receive a fee, commission, or other compensation when you:

• Click on a partner banner or sponsored link.
• Sign up for a third-party service promoted through the platform.
• Complete a qualifying action arranged by an external advertiser.
• Purchase a product or service through an affiliate link.

These relationships do not change the cost you pay to the third party, and they do not reduce the rewards you earn for your own platform activity. We only partner with providers we believe are relevant to our community.

2. Earnings & Income Disclosure

Any income figures, earnings screenshots, or success stories displayed on the platform — including referral income, binary matching income, and survey income — are for illustrative purposes only. They are not a promise, guarantee, or projection of what you will earn.

Actual earnings depend on many factors, including but not limited to:

• The plan tier you activate ($200, $500, or $1000).
• The number of active referrals you personally invite.
• The activity and placement of members in your left and right binary teams.
• Whether you complete every weekly survey during the 50-week active period.
• Platform rules such as the 30-day SV hold on survey rewards.
• Market conditions, advertiser budgets, and the availability of surveys.

Most members earn modest or no income. High earnings are not typical and should not be expected.

3. Referral & Network Compensation

VENTUREA SURVEY operates a referral and binary network model. When you invite a new member and they activate a plan, or when business volume matches in your binary tree, the platform may credit your BV wallet. These credits are a form of referral compensation.

The value of this compensation is determined by the platform's published plan rules and is not tied to any external investment return. You do not earn commissions from the platform itself for recruiting members — you earn based on the actual activation of plans by referred members and the matching of business volume.

4. Plan Activation Is Not an Investment

Activating a $200, $500, or $1000 plan is not a purchase of a financial product, security, bond, or investment contract. It grants access to the platform's survey distribution system for up to 50 weeks and to the referral and binary income features according to the plan terms.

We do not promise any return on the amount paid for plan activation. All plan activations are final and non-refundable once the PIN is consumed. Do not use funds you cannot afford to commit.

5. Survey Rewards & Advertiser Campaigns

Weekly surveys are provided through advertiser campaigns, market research partners, or platform-funded offers. Reward rates, availability, and qualification criteria may change without notice. We are not responsible for:

• Advertiser campaign cancellations, budget limits, or technical failures.
• Disqualification from a survey based on your profile, location, or answers.
• Rewards that are delayed, reduced, or reversed by the advertiser.
• Survey content, claims, or data practices of third-party survey providers.

Survey rewards are credited to your SV wallet and are subject to the 30-day hold before withdrawal. Uncompleted weekly surveys may expire and are not carried forward.

6. Testimonials & Social Proof

Member testimonials, leaderboard names, top-referrer lists, and income examples shown on the platform reflect the experiences of individual members. These results are not typical and do not guarantee similar outcomes for any other member. We may use aggregated or anonymized data for promotional purposes, but we do not publish identifiable earnings or wallet balances without consent.

7. No Employment or Agency Relationship

Using VENTUREA SURVEY, referring members, or completing surveys does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or franchise relationship with the platform. You are an independent member using the platform's tools and offers at your own discretion and risk.

8. Third-Party Links & Responsibility

The platform may contain links to third-party websites, payment processors, wallet providers, blockchain explorers, or advertising networks. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those external sites. Always review the third party's own terms before completing a transaction.

9. Tax & Legal Responsibility

You are responsible for reporting your earnings and paying any applicable taxes, fees, or duties in your country of residence. We do not withhold taxes on referral, binary, or survey income. Consult a qualified tax professional if you are unsure of your obligations.

10. Changes to This Disclosure

We may update this Advertising Disclosure as our partner relationships, offers, and platform rules evolve. Material changes will be announced inside your dashboard. Continued use of VENTUREA SURVEY after changes means you accept the updated disclosure.
